PUPILS from across Clackmannanshire donned their kilts and ball gowns, arriving at their end of term school proms in style.

Alloa Junior Prom was hosted by St John"s Primary and all the P7 pupils were dressed to the nines arriving in everything from pink limos, a Porsche and a fire engine to motorbikes and a horse-drawn carriage.

Pauline Meldrum of St John"s Primary PSA said, 'All the P7 pupils looked very glamorous and certainly arrived in style. Everyone had a great time and danced the night away.

'A big thank-you to everyone who helped on the night as without this help the night wouldn"t have been such a big success. A really big thanks goes to Domino"s Pizza for the excellent service and delicious food that went down a treat. Best wishes to all P7 pupils as they move on to high school.'

Meanwhile pupils at Alva Academy also had a night to remember at their prom which was held in Glenbervie House Hotel with all the pupils arriving in limos.

Lornshill pupils also glammed-up for the night with pupils arriving in limos and Alloa Academy staff and pupils headed to Alloa"s Dunmar House Hotel in limos and a Karaoke School Bus.
