PUPILS at Craigbank Primary School enjoyed their annual Book Week celebrations.
A variety of fun activities were organised to promote enjoyment of reading, such as a storytelling swap, paired reading, a mini book study and more.
Classes decorated their classroom doors as the cover of the novel being studied and during the book fayre there was a display of ‘teacher shelfies’.
Pupils had to guess which shelfie was their teachers, the winning entries were entered into a prize draw and the winners received a £5 book token.
Last Friday (6 March) teachers dressed up as a Little Miss or Mr Men character which was decided and designed by the class.
Pupils also dressed up as a character from a book and the winning costumes won a £5 book token to spend at the book fayre.
