MORE than £500 was raised through a fete and car boot sale held at Banchory Primary School.
There was a great turnout for the event on Saturday (25 April) which was organised by the parent council.
During the day there was a plant stall, the opportunity to pick up treats at the cake stall, facepainting, a craft corner, tombola and a fun photo booth, along with tea, coffee and biscuits.
The event, held from noon until 2pm, raised £509.12.
