A THIRD highly successful Health and Wellbeing Fair was held in Alloa Town Hall on Sunday with an array of activities on offer to make sure those visiting were in tip-top condition.
The free fair promoted local health and wellbeing businesses and raised awareness of a healthier lifestyle for Clackmannanshire residents and visitors to the area. This year there were 18 stands offering a wide variety of treatments, classes and gifts to everyone who attended.
Gillian Alexander, of the Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Classes, gave a demonstration of her hula hoop exercise class and vouchers were available for a free trial class.
Seeds of Lavender and The Auldhill Soap Company sold a wide variety of soaps, creams and candles and Health Plus offered health checks, giving those who attended the chance to get their very own MOT.
There was also reflexology from Rainbow Therapies, Curves Gym set up its very own fitness centre in the Town Hall, complementary therapies such as reiki, aromatherapy and massage, diet classes from Slimming World and information from Reachout, Clackmannanshire Listeners and the Parkinson's Society.
