The Alloa Community Council held their AGM last week with the office bearers for 2013-14 being confirmed.
Anna Forbes will be the chair of the committee with Simon Karner as vice chair. Meanwhile, Janie Syme will be the treasurer with Ewan Murray as secretary.
It has been agreed that all future meetings will take place on the last Tuesday of the month with November’s date set for the 25th.
The venue will be the Old People’s Hall in Alloa where the public and community councillors will draw up a program of activities and topical speakers of interest.
All members of the public are invited to have their say.
