The event is aimed at anyone living with or supporting someone else who has mental health issues.
It will be administered by the Clackmannanshire Integrated Mental Health Service, starting next month.
The main areas it will focus on is raising awareness while helping to recognise and manage stress levels of those affected by mental ill health and their carers.
It also aims to address any issues that arise from day-to-day management of mental health issues and will provide a forum for carers and sufferers to share their experiences.
The four weekly sessions start at the Phoenix Centre, Alloa, on Monday, November 10, from 6.30-8.30pm.
