Cunningham went on to admit sending threatening and obscene comments via the public communications network that were of a grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene, or menacing character, threatening the woman with violence and placing her in a state of fear and alarm between 18 April and 25 August 2004.
He further pled guilty to sending a package with live maggots to his victim at Earn Court on 21 August 2004 and to a separate charge of failing to appear at court on 6 June 2005 after being granted bail.
