A man who acted in an aggressive manner has been slapped with a Restriction of Liberty Order.
On Thursday (31 July) at Alloa Sheriff Court, John Burns (34) was sentenced to spend the next three months at home between the hours of 8pm and 5am.
Burns, of Sauchie’s Mansfield Avenue, admitted shouting and swearing at an address in Alloa’s Hutton Park on 3 September 2013.
