A young Livingston lad has denied seizing a man by the clothing, headbutting him to the ground and kicking him on the body.
On Monday (25 August) at Alloa Sheriff Court, Jordan Cunningham (22) pleaded not guilty to the assault – which allegedly happened at an address in Sauchie’s Meadow Green on 25 May 2014.
Cunningham, of Gallagher Green, will stand trial on 3 February 2015.
