A young man has denied acting in an aggressive manner whilst brandishing a blade.
On Monday (25 August) at Alloa Sheriff Court, Michael Macaulay (23) maintained a plea of not guilty to uttering threats of violence at an address in The Nebit, Alva, on 11 March 2014.
Macaulay is accused of pushing a man on the body, seizing him by the body, punching him on the head and being in possession of a knife.
Macaulay, of Churchill Street in Alloa, will stand trial on 23 October 2014.
