A man caught with £15 worth of methadone was sentenced to a Community Payback Order with supervision for 12 months.
On Thursday (11 September) at Alloa Sheriff Court, Michael Rafferty (44) admitted being in possession of the Class A controlled drug at his home address in Tillicoultry’s Chapelle Crescent on 4 March 2014.
