AN Alloa man denies having acted in a threatening manner last year.
The 37-year-old is charged with having behaved in a threatening or abusive manner which was likely to cause a reasonable person to suffer fear or alarm in that he did act in an aggressive manner, did shout, swear, repeatedly utter threats of violence, repeatedly utter threats to damage property and placed two other people in fear for their personal safety, on 28 November 2013 at Tay Court, Alloa.
His not guilty plea was maintained at Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (27 October) and the trial diet is set for 9 February 2015.
