A TILLICOULTRY man has been accused of driving a car while unfit to do so.
At Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (27 October) the 40-year-old tendered a plea of not guilty via a letter from his agent.
He denies a charge that on 7 July 2014 on a road or other public place, namely Main Street, Coalsnaughton, when driving a mechanically propelled vehicle he was unfit to do so through drink or drugs.
An intermediate diet has been set for 16 March 2015, with a trial diet of 1 April 2015.
