AN Alloa man is denying allegations that he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner.
The 22-year-old maintained his plea of not guilty at Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (27 October).
He is refuting a charge that on 2 May 2014 at the Station Hotel, on Primrose Street, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner that was likely to cause a reasonable person to suffer fear or alarm, in that he did shout, swear, act in an aggressive manner towards police officers and clenched his fists.
The trial diet has been set for 5 November.
