AN ALLOA man has admitted carrying out an attack on his own grandparents at home.
Steven Hume (22) of Lornshill Crescent, pleaded guilty to the 3 September assault at Alloa Sheriff Court last Thursday (13 November).
He was charged with preventing his grandfather from leaving a room before grabbing him by the throat, holding him against the wall and causing him to strike his head on the wall.
Hume also admitted preventing his grandmother from leaving the room before kicking her on the body to her injury.
In sentencing, Sheriff David Mackie handed Hume a Community Payback Order, compelling him to engage with the disability learning service.
He will also be supervised for two years.
