A CLACKMANNAN man has denied assaulting a fellow patron at a village pub earlier this year.
The 43-year-old maintained his plea of not guilty as he appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court on Thursday (13 November).
He is accused of carrying out the attack in the County Bar, Clackmannan, on 24 February 2014.
Charged with headbutting the victim on the chest, causing him to fall, he is then alleged to have repeatedly punched, pushed and kicked him on the head and body to his injury.
He is to face trial on 14 April 2015.
