TWO men have denied racially-abusing a 14-year-old schoolboy on a bus.
A 20-year-old and a 39-year-old both pleaded not guilty at Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (17 November).
The incident is alleged to have taken place on a bus travelling on the A91 between Tillicoultry and Alloa on 2 May 2014.
The two are alleged to have boarded the bus before sitting behind the youngster and repeatedly spitting on his body and uttering racist remarks.
The 39-year-old is further charged with breaking the conditions of his bail in that he was forbidden to contact or communicate with anyone wearing a Dollar Academy uniform.
Both accused will face trial on 26 November.
