AN ALLOA woman has denied charges of destruction of property and allegedly racially-abusing her neighbour.
The 35-year-old is accused of smashing the window of a car with stones before turning her attention to her neighbour’s home.
She is alleged to have acted in a threatening and abusive manner by shouting, swearing, throwing stones at the window of the house before uttering challenges to fight and threats of violence, as well as racially-abusive remarks.
Appearing at Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (17 November), the woman denied the charges and will appear back in court on 13 April ahead of a trial date set for 20 April.
