AN ALVA woman has pleaded not guilty to allegedly assaulting a man outside a children’s soft play centre in Alloa.
The 38-year-old appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (17 November).
She is accused of striking a man on the head in the car park of Kidz World in Medway House, Kelliebank, on 2 August 2014.
She denies the charge and will face trial on 15 December.
