A BISHOPBRIGGS man has denied a charge of bringing cannabis in to HMP Glenochil.
The 23-year-old appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (17 November).
He is alleged to have taken a quantity of cannabis into the Clackmannanshire prison on 23 April 2014.
The accused is further charged with the intent to supply the drug to others. He maintained his plea of not guilty and will face trial on 2 December 2014.
