A TILLICOULTRY woman has denied being concerned with the supply of heroin and diazepam, Alloa Sheriff Court has heard.
The 39-year-old entered a plea of not guilty before Sheriff David Mackie on Thursday (20 November).
It is alleged that on 23 November 2014, she was concerned in the supply of diamorphine, a class A controlled substance, and diazepam, a class C controlled substance. She denied the charge and is scheduled to face trial on 4 May 2015.
