AN ALLOA man has admitted public order offences and assaulting a police officer inside a local nightclub.
Martin Greig (34), of Churchill Street, pleaded guilty by letter, heard at Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (19 September), to three separate charges which took place in Klub 21, on Mill Street.
On 19 October 2014, he behaved in a threatening and abusive manner by shouting, swearing and throwing a mobile phone.
He then kicked a constable in the body before struggling violently with two officers.
Sentencing has been deferred for Greig’s personal appearance on 19 February.
