A FORMER Alloa man has pleaded guilty to offences against his partner at Alloa Sheriff Court this week.
Jordan Green (21), of Ingleston Drive in Denny, admitted two counts of threatening and abusive behaviour when he appeared before Sheriff Eric Brown on Monday (19 January).
Green, previously of Smithfield Loan, Alloa, shouted and swore at his partner before throwing household items at her on 24 October 2014.
He also admitted verbally abusing her again on Bank Street and hindering police officers by struggling violently with them.
A not guilty plea to a charge of assault by hitting her with stones was accepted by the fiscal.
Green is scheduled to be sentenced on a ‘number of other matters’ on 18 February and Sheriff Brown deferred disposal on that matter to the same date.
