FOUR Alloa men appeared in court this week accused of stealing a quantity of lead from properties in the town last April.
The group – consisting of two 17-year-olds and two 18-year-olds – denied the charges against them when they appeared together on Monday (26 January).
The younger duo are accused of stealing lead from an industrial unit on Inglewood, Alloa, on 1 April 2014.
Then, on 5 April, it is alleged that all four stole lead from a property on the town’s Bank Street.
One of the 17-year-olds also faces a further charge of breaching an undertaking by keeping prohibited company on 11 April 2014.
The four teens are to appear again at Alloa Sheriff Court on 2 Feburary.
