AN ALLOA man has appeared in court charged with brandishing a concrete slab at two people while challenging them to fight.
The 24-year-old denied acting in a threatening or abusive manner on 27 May, 2014, on East Castle Street when he appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (26 January).
He will now re-appear on 9 February for trial.
