AN ALVA man has appeared in court charged with possessing sexually explicit images of animals.
The 38-year-old appeared before Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (16 February) where the case was continued without plea.
He is accused of possessing extreme pornographic images depicting, in a very explicit and realistic way, bestiality.
The incident is alleged to have taken place at Chapelle Crescent, Tillicoultry, on 23 April 2014.
The accused will appear at Alloa Sheriff Court on 16 March for a further pleading diet.
