A TULLIBODY man has denied glassing another man at a New Year’s event at the Abercromby Arms.
The 21-year-old appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court on Monday (2 March) charged with the attack.
He represented himself during the hearing and pleaded not guilty to the allegation.
He is accused of lunging at the man on 1 January 2015 before striking him on the head with a glass, knocking him to the ground, and repeatedly punching him on the head, to his injury.
He is to stand trial on 17 June, with a further intermediate diet on 1 June.
