A STIRLING man will go to trial at Alloa Sheriff Court next week charged with two counts of sexual assault.
The 27-year-old faces four separate allegations of sexual misconduct towards the complainer, two of which include licking her on the face near her mouth on two different occasions.
It it alleged that on 2 August, 2014, in a vehicle travelling between Clackmannan Road and Mar Place, both Alloa, that he did intentionally direct a sexual communication towards the female in that he made a sexual comment to her.
He is then accused of licking her on the face at Mar Place on the same occasion.
The accused also stands charged of directing another sexual communication to her while at the Morrisons superstore at Springkerse, Stirling on 8 August.
It is further alleged he then licked her on the face again at Mar Place in Alloa.
The case against the accused was heard on Monday (15 June) with the accused maintaining his plea of not guilty.
A trial date has been set down for next Tuesday (23 June) with a further intermediate diet the day before.
