AN ALVA man appeared in Alloa Sheriff Court last week on charges of sexual assault and indecent exposure.
The 45-year-old tendered a plea of not guilty on Thursday (16 July) before Sheriff William Wood and trial date was set down for later in the year.
It is alleged that on 13 June, at his home address, he did sexually assault a woman by removing an item of her clothing, making unwanted physical contact with her, and attempting to kiss her on the mouth.
He faces another charge of intentionally exposing himself to her, during the same incident.
The accused denies the charges and will reappear at Alloa Sheriff Court on 28 October for trial.
