MEMBERS of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire donated just under £30,000 to Prostate Scotland recently.
Hiram's Wheels kickstarted the drive in October, 2016, when it cycled over 100 miles in two days.
The group was formed to promote fitness and fundraising within the county and the appeal gathered momentum, spurring a number of charity events and functions.
The next venture for the group is an abseil from the Falkirk Wheel on Sunday, October 8 in aid of Maggie's Centre at Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
Gordon Sewell, WPGM depute of the grand lodge, presented a cheque for £28,875.00 to Adam Gaines, director of Prostate Scotland at Stirling Castle.
