SNEAKY thieves have been helping themselves to drain covers throughout the county.

Police believe a vehicle is being used due to their weight and numbers removed.

Motorists are advised to take extra care until Clackmannanshire Council's roads department replace the stolen covers.

Members of the public are being asked to remain vigilant and report any suspicious circumstances.

Anyone with info should contact the police on (01259) 723255.
