Following the club's submission of an application regarding flood renovations to their pitches, they were awarded £4,500.
The project met the Awards for All outcomes of 'People have better and more sustainable services and environments' and 'People and communities are healthier'.
The funding will now go towards purchasing materials as well as the excavation and installation of flood prevention for the pitches.
Gordon Banks MP said, "Congratulations to Alloa Rugby Club on their successful application for this award which will go to renovation of their pitches.
"We seem to be experiencing a lot more rain these days and I'm sure this must be a nightmare for the club's ground staff when pitches become unfit for play, and remain saturated for periods of time.
"I wish the club all the best with their renovation project and good luck when the new season starts."
