The 58-year-old was driving a blue Nissan Qashqai on Saturday 13 July on the road just outside Clackmannan, when he became unwell behind the wheel and was involved in a one-vehicle collision.
Police and emergency services were called out to the incident which happened at around 8.40am.
His wife Gillian said he will be missed by the entire family, "He was one of the nicest men you could ever meet. He was kind to everybody and always friendly. He was the love of my life and had been since we were teenagers. I am heartbroken and can't imagine my life without him. I have had the best years with him. He was a much loved husband, father, step-father and grandfather. He will be missed not just by me, but by his whole family."
