Cats Protection: Missing from Rhodders Grove, Alva, a male, nine month old neutered tabby with broad black stripes on back. Telephone 07779094669. Found at Auchinbowie a solid ginger cat with white under chin and chest is very friendly and been around a week or so. Found at footpath behind Lochbrae, a black and white cat, who is black with a white v shape above nose to between eyes, white to shoulders and legs. Found at Alloa Road, Clackmannan a small tabby with white patch at neck been around for a week.

Blythswood Care Collection Lorry: The Blythswood Care Collection Lorry will be making its next visit to Alloa today (Wednesday) 23 April calling at Morrison’s, Alloa from 12.30pm to 1pm. Donations may also be delivered to the Blythswood collection bin at Saline Parish Church. The collection lorry accepts clothing, shoes, books, small items of furniture, bric a brac and foodstuffs. The goods are brought to the Blythswood depot at Hillington and distributed to the charity’s shops or prepared for sending to partner organisations in Eastern Europe, who are working to help extremely poor families and individuals. Classes run by Lilian who herself has suffered chronic pain for 10 years.
