Recipes provided by the Community Food Development Worker (CFDW) at Clackmannanshire Healthier Lives (CHL). CHL is a community based health improvement project. For more information please phone Signpost Recovery on 08456731774 and ask for the CFDW or email on deborah.ross@nhs.net Ingredients Base Choose from french stick, naan bread, pitta bread, tortilla wrap or bagel Tomato pureé A sprinkle of dried mixed herbs Toppings Choose from chopped peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn, pineapple, tuna, cooked ham or cooked chicken.

2 dessertspoons grated mature cheddar black pepper How to cook 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C or gas mark 7.

2. Spread the pureé and sprinkle the mixed herbs onto the base of your choice.

3. Add a selection of toppings, try not to overload the pizza.

4. Sprinkle the cheese on top, and add black pepper to taste.

5. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Recipe Tip: This is a great one to try with kids. Get them involved in choosing the toppings they want.

Health Tip: Load the pizza with vegetables and try not to use processed meats which may be high in salt and fat (eg pepperoni).
