THERE was fun at the annual Hillview Care Home summer fete this month.
On Saturday 19 July staff dressed up in accessories representing different countries within the Commonwealth, including Scotland, India and Australia.
There were prize draws of a hamper from a resident’s family and a confectionary hamper from Mrs Tilly’s, a bouncy castle and stalls offering painted glass crafts and Scottish soap gifts.
To add a Caribbean theme, mocktails were up for grabs and there were fruit kebabs with a chocolate fountain.
