INQUIRIES are continuing after a man was found dead in a Sauchie home last week.
The identity of the deceased has been confirmed by Police Scotland this week as 30-year-old Barry Stobie, who was found dead at the Keilarsbrae property last Tuesday, July 26, afternoon.
His death is still being treated as unexplained as officers continue their investigations to establish the full circumstances surrounding it.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman told the Advertiser this week: “Police in Forth Valley investigating the death of a man at an address in Sauchie on Tuesday July 26 have named him as 30-year-old Barry Stobie.
“Inquiries are continuing and the death is being treated as unexplained."
Last week, the Advertiser was told officers were called out to the property around 1.45pm on the day, following the discovery of Barry's body.
