Police Scotland identified and traced four youths after reports of anti-social behaviour and disorder in Tillicoultry.

The youths, aged 15-18, were caught using information from concerned locals, who first called police during the early hours on the weekend two weeks ago (27 and 28 June) in relation to ongoing youth disorder within the Hillfoots village.

Additional resources were deployed in Tillicoultry last weekend (4 & 5 July) and an increased police presence will be maintained to robustly deal with any instances of disorder.

The youths are subject to a report to the Prosecutor Fiscal in relation to charges of breach of the peace, vandalism and assault.
