Scottish Prison Service dog handlers will carry out a 10-mile charity patrol at HMP Glenochil.
The fundraisers hope to collect £4000 to help a British soldier, who served his time out in Afghanistan, be reunited with the dog he rescued, cared for and loved during his tour of duty.
The dog is currently in the Afghanistan rescue shelter Nowzad and is waiting patiently for his journey home.
