PUPILS at St Serf’s Primary School took part in a World of Work Week.
A variety of visitors from different professions and organisations visited classes, spoke about their role in the workplace, how they contribute to the local community and the skills needed to do the job well.
Each class had a focus for the week, they took on the roles and responsibilities of their chosen profession such as a vet, an optician and a journalist, and many of the children had to fill in application forms and interview for their desired posts.
The Tullibody school also held a Careers Fair where each class was responsible for creating a display of their work and parents, carers and members of our community were invited to come and share pupils’ learning experiences.
