Dear Editor As a retired trade unionist, I would like to congratulate the Labour Councillors at Clackmannanshire Council for the commitment and solidarity they have shown to the employees by taking the same 3% reduction in salary that they have taken.
I wait with anticipation to see the same commitment come from SNP Councillors and others.
In the online hits page, Chris Sharp made reference to expenses. Can I invite him to view councillors’ expenses on Clacks website? He will be then able to see expenses claimed by individual councillors.
