The content of the comment you wish to complain about was:
"The BBC website carries this story and date, as does the online "Transport Briefing". Part of the confusion may originate from the fact that the "Summer" railway timetable begins on 18th May. The Alloa line will be included in that, but it does not guarantee that the trains will actually start that day. Either way - why is there always such confusion surrounding this project?"
