"I know Sarah personally as my cousin and she is the bravest, most positive person i know. The last few months have been very difficult for the family, and especially for Sarah. Please can i take this opportunity to urge people to sign up as organ doners,then people like my cousin Sarah can have a chance of a longer, better quality life."
