ALLOA ASC swimmers showed great ability to perform at a high level at a recent West Districts meet at Dollan Aqua Centre in East Kilbride.
In outstanding form yet again, 10-year-old Lexi McCappin swam her way to a total of seven medals against a strong field.
She took gold in the 200 back, silver in the 200 breast and 50 free, and bronze in the 50 breast, 200 free, 50 fly and 200 Im in a remarkable weekend of swimming.
Also performing extremely well was 13-year-old Angus Young who was placed in the top six for a number of his events and managed to achieve some more qualifying times for the Scottish Nationals coming up at Easter.
Harris Whyte, 10, had a great weekend too. He reached the finals in fly and free and was placed in the top six in back, breast and Im.
Ptolemy McCappin, Sophie and Iain Archer also swam as part of the team.
Finishing off the club's weekend in style was 11-year-old Shona Whyte, who swam her first 800m freestyle in 11.59 taking 5th place.
The club swimmers are now working towards their next events in March.
