ALLOA chairman Mike Mulraney insists that the current Rangers financial crisis is a terrible situation for everyone involved in Scottish football but the Wasps have the means to cope with any scenario that may arise.

Mulraney told Advertiser Sport, "The situation is so fluid at the moment that you cannot predict the outcome so how people can say they know what is going to happen with Rangers is beyond me. As far as I am concerned there are three outcomes for Rangers - they go back into the SPL, They join the SFL or they have their membership suspended for a year and don't play any football.

What we are doing as a club is making sure we can manage no matter what the outcome. At this point in time, no matter which of those three outcomes occurs, Alloa are geared up to handle the fallout that happens. This is not a good situation for anyone in Scottish Football whether you are Rangers, Alloa or anyone
