Motorbike siblings Andrew and Sammi Tasker enjoyed a successful weekend of reverse circuit racing at Knockhill despite the competition being affected by adverse weather conditions.

Andrew qualified in first place, just ahead of Alan Bryce and Donald MacFadyen, taking a front-row position on the grid for the opening race of the day.

And the Clackmannan native continued his good start to the weekend by taking the win, once again finishing just ahead of Bryce with Sean Gilfillan taking third place.

Meanwhile in a separate race, younger sister Sammi took her first podium finish of the season, finishing third.

The rain and strong winds made racing conditions treacherous, and the decision was taken to cancel the day’s remaining races.

However, the conditions improved in time for Sunday’s racing, and Andrew was once again heavily involved in the day’s action.

The 2014 Scottish Superbike champion took three podium places to round off an excellent weekend for the Wee County bikers.
