After winning the recent Clackmannanshire Jump 2 It Basketball competition, Abercromby PS P6 pupils earned a place in the Champion of Champions event where winning schools from all over Scotland took part.
The seven winning schools from each region played against each other in order to win the trophy. The event was held in Grangemouth and the competition was fierce. Pupils from Abercromby Primary played with excellent sportsmanship and won three matches.
Libby Bridges was named the girls’ most valuable player (MVP) during the tournament.
Team members were Fraser Macnair, Christopher Gibson, Matthew Gibb, Joshua Turton, Libby Bridges, Jenna Stewart, Martyna Serafin and Keira Gracie.
