Sauchie Community Group will be offering soup and sandwiches, tea, coffee and biscuits at Sauchie Resource Centre on Thursday 1 March, 11.30am-1.30pm.

The Tolbooth, Stirling, presents Woodenbox With a Fistful of Fivers + The O's. Thu 1 March, doors open 7pm. Woodenbox with a fist full of fivers are a folk-rock-soul sextet of pan-Scottish provenance. Singer and guitarist Ali Downer assumed the moiker 'Woodenbox', in a nod to influences such as King Creosote and Bonnie Prince Billy and the addition of a fistful of fivers reflects a collective appreciation of Ennio Morricone's scores for the spaghetti
westerns of Sergio Leone. The O's who will be supporting the Woodenbox in Stirling at the Tolbooth on 1st March 2012, a week before they all fly to the US!
