Alloa Musical Players is on the hunt for new Guys and Dolls.

The local theatre group is fast approaching its diamond jubilee year, having formed in 1953 with H.M.S. Pinafore, and is looking for performers and stage crew for their forthcoming production of Guys and Dolls.

Artistic director Lindsey Spowage said, "I've always loved the songs of Guys and Dolls and the Runyonesque dialogue is a treat. I'm particularly keen on set and lighting design, and its great to see the Alloa Town Hall refurbished again."

Alloa Musical Players has a complement of all ages, whether you want to be on the stage or work behind the scenes.

You never know what you can do until you give it a try.

AMP's Guys and Dolls will take place 6-9 March 2013 at Alloa Town Hall. The group's open night for singers, dancers and backstage crew will take place on Thursday 30 August in the OAP Hall on Erskine Street, Alloa, at 7.30pm.
