ANGEL Anne Smith, the Glasgow psychic medium, will be bringing her talents to the Toolbooth in Stirling next month.

On Tuesday 4 March, Anne will be delivering her popular reading show, which is a combination of her straight-talking approach, caring attitude for spirit and her own natural comedy, which she hopes will bring spirit personalities alive again and offer proof of continued existence.

Anne is pleased to partner with the John Hartson Foundation in 2014 in order to raise awareness of the foundation and promote the message it sends. At the show there will be leaflets, donation buckets and John Hartson Foundation Wristbands, as well as a short introduction from Anne on the evening.

A percentage of profits will also go towards the charity in order to help them continue their work.

Anne says helping charities is always something she has been passionate about, choosing causes that are close to her heart for one reason or another.

She said, “For me, the John Hartson Foundation is promoting a message I feel needs to be heard more. Following what the foundation suggests and ‘grabbing life by the balls’ is such a small but essential task that can help save lives. So if even just one person from every show takes this on board – or nags their partner to take heed! – then it’s a blessing.” The John Hartson Foundation was set up in February 2010 by the former professional footballer following his battle with testicular cancer which spread to his brain and lungs and left him fighting for life.

Reports of John’s illness and recovery were carried in many national newspapers and he continues to have a prominent public profile.

As a well-known sportsman, he decided to use his status as someone who has beaten this devastating illness to provide support and inspiration to others going through the same experience, and to raise money to help people with cancer and their families.

The Foundation’s aim is to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of testicular cancer in the hope that men with any concerns about their health will see a doctor sooner rather than later, leading to early diagnosis and treatment.

The show runs from 7.30pm to 10pm. Tickets for Angel Anne’s Stirling show are available to purchase through her website at www.angelanne.co.uk/angel-anne-live or from the Tolbooth Box Office on 01786 274000 or visit www.stirling.gov.uk/tolbooth Tickets costs £15 and £12 for concessions.
